Grade of timber

Natural products have unique characteristics and natural variations in grain

pattern. Colours are natural characteristics of timber, not defects. These products

can be divided into grades.

Select grade timber means a prime grade that still allows permissible characteristics

e.g. tight knots, pin holes, birds eyes,sapwood etc

Colour variation

Clover Doors manufactures high quality timber cupboard doors for kitchens and bathrooms, as well as panels and benchtops using wide variations in colour and grain pattern. As such we can guarantee the finish, grading and species of timber that will be used but there will always be variations in colour caused by things such as growing location and the size of the tree at the time is was cut down.
